August HIP's launch

Pack Providers and HI's/DEA's are ready for the 1st August launch of HIPS. The ball starts rolling with 4-bed homes and above, with 3-beds expected to be included very soon after the launch as the required number (2,000) of DEA's is now in place. As soon as 3,000 DEA's/HI's are licensed HIPS will open up to the whole market.

There appears to be excellent take up of incentives to encourage EPC's on social housing and DEA's are bracing themselves for volume instructions in August.
