Searching Discussions

Click on the "Search Discussions" and you will be offered a list of categories, The categories cover all the Home Condition Report areas in the same order that they appear in the HCR. There is also a "DEA Discussion" category that offers Domestic Energy Assessors the opportunity to post comments and questions about EPC matters.

Choose the category you wish and the latest posting will appear. You then click on the headline name (which turns bold, underlined with a finger cursor), and you are then offered a text box for comments and rating. Add your views and, if you wish, add a condition rating. In the case of EPC questions and garages/grounds etc on Home Condition Reports, condition rating is of course not part of the report so no need to fill those in!

 Your comments will then be available for others to comment on again....the more comments we have, the more we gain knowledge about how to consistently achieve best practice for HCR and EPC reporting.
