Commenting on Discussions

Go to "Search Discussions" and choose the category you wish to discuss. The latest posting will then appear. Click on the headline name (which turns bold, underlined with a finger cursor), and you are then offered a text box for comments and rating. Add your views and a condition rating if relevant. In the case of EPC questions and garages/grounds etc on Home Condition Reports, condition ratings are of course not part of those reports so no need to put one in.  

Where condition ratings are relevant in the HCR (Items up to and including F.5) your view on how you would rate the item will be very interesting to other HI's

 Your submissions will then be available for others to comment on ....the more comments we have, the more we gain knowledge about how to consistently achieve best practice for HCR and EPC reporting.
